The billing of unemployment insurance contributions for the third quarter of 2026 has started. The invoices concern wages submitted to the Incomes Register for the period from 1 July to 30 September 2026. Employment Fund has brought forward the billing of unemployment insurance contributions from October onwards. As a result of this change, the majority of our corporate customers will receive their unemployment insurance contribution decision and invoice approximately one week earlier than before.
You can find copies of invoices, decisions and data transferred from the Incomes Register in our online service under Contributions and Decisions. You can log in to the online sevice using your personal online banking credentials, a mobile certificate or a certificate card through the Suomi.fi service.
You can authorise another person or organisation to manage matters related to unemployment insurance contributions on your behalf. Authorisations are granted on the Suomi.fi website. In Suomi.fi, you must select the authorisation “Maintenance of unemployment insurance contributions”, which can be found under the Work and Unemployment section.
If you notice an error in an Incomes Register report you have submitted, please correct it without delay directly in the Incomes Register. As a rule, corrections are taken into account in connection with the next billing cycle.
