July invoicing

NEWS 16.7.2026 14.15

We have started invoicing unemployment insurance contributions for the second quarter of 2026. The invoicing concerns wage reports submitted to the Incomes Register during the period of 1 April - 30 June 2026.

The unemployment insurance contributions are used to finance, among other things, unemployment security paid during periods of unemployment and temporary lay-offs, as well as earnings-related pension accrual during periods when earnings-related unemployment allowance is paid.

If you manage matters related to unemployment insurance contributions on behalf of a company or a private employer, please visit our online service to ensure that the invoicing details are up to date. Depending on the invoicing address registered with us, invoices are sent either as e-invoices or paper invoices.

You can log in to Employment Fund’s online service using your personal online banking credentials, a mobile certificate or a certificate card. If you require authorisation to manage unemployment insurance matters on behalf of another person or company, apply for the authorisation through the Suomi.fi service.

Our online service is the fastest and most secure way to communicate with us. In addition to updating contact and invoicing details, you can use the service to check the status of invoices, review the payroll amounts reported to the Incomes Register that form the basis of unemployment insurance contributions, and view decisions concerning unemployment insurance contributions. You can also send us secure messages through the service.

More information about our online service is available on our website.
